For the best possible repair of a VW T3 instrument cluster, it is unfortunately no longer sufficient to simply renew a few wires or tracks. Most of the time, the foil is already heavily damaged and torn several times, so that a reasonable repair is no longer possible.
In most cases, the only solution is a complete replacement of the foil. Unfortunately, these are no longer new to get and what is used to get, is already about 30 years old.
There are also different versions of the foil. With or without analog clock or even with digital clock. For diesel or gasoline (WBX or LBX).
For this reason I decided to create an alternative.
By the enormous feedback and with the striving for a still better and simpler solution, I developed the Cluster PCB again further.
Meanwhile there is the Cluster PCB already in the 3rd generation but still with the same goal.
