Das SmartDisplay hat schon einige Tests hinter sich. Doch man kann nicht immer alle Szenarien komplett austesten. Daher gibt es das SmartDisplay erstmal nur in einer EA Variante.Warum sollte ich eine EA Version kaufen?Am grundlegenden Design wird sich nichts mehr groß ändern, man erwirbt also schon das finale Produkt.Jeder der eine EA Version kauft, hat auch automatisch das Anrecht auf das fertige Endprodukt. Auch Änderungen an der Software werden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt (Updateservice mit kostenfreien Rückversand). Kann ich auch eine EA-Variante zurückgeben?Ja. Auf Produkte im EA-Status gilt ein erweitertes Rückgaberecht von 30 Tagen. Voraussetzung ist, dass das Produkt in einen noch verkaufbaren Zustand ist.Das SmartDisplay ist aber aktuell nicht lieferbar...Aktuell fertige ich das SmartDisplay noch per Hand (auch die Platinen werden per Hand bestückt). Repair corners for the instrument holders. If on the tabs the instruments (speedometer, tachometer or analog clock) are broken off, they can be replaced with these corners. These corners are printed from ABS and can be fixed with a little super glue or 2K glue.
Signal generator for a digital speedometer signal. The 4P module generates 4 electrical pulses per speedometer shaft revolution. With a k-number of approx. 1000 (T3-Syncro, Golf2, etc.) this results in 4000 pulses per revolution. 2WD speedometer: W=500 ⇢ 500 speedometer shaft revolutions per km ⇢ with 4P module ⇢ 2000 pulses per km 4WD speedometer: W=1000 ⇢ 1000 speedometer shaft revolutions per km ⇢ with 4P module ⇢ 4000 pulses per km Golf MK2 speedometer: W= 960 ⇢ 960 speedometer shaft revolutions per km ⇢ with 4P module ⇢ 3840 pulses per km Depending on the control unit/signal processor unit used, a tachometer signal can be generated with 5V or 12V. This repair corner was specially designed to repair the broken corners on the T25/Vanagon instrument cluster. In all the instrument cluster housings I have seen so far, the corners were torn or partially torn out. As soon as the thread is no longer present, it becomes very difficult to fix the speedometer or tachometer reasonably. Remedy is this corner.

For all T3 up to model year 1984. Suitable for all diesel and gasoline engines.
Not suitable for models with yellow high beam LED! In the set are all parts that are needed. The perfect replacement for the defective T3 speedometer film. This is a kit with a prefabricated circuit board and all necessary components. On the board all components are already assembled in SMD. Nothing more has to be soldered. The kit also comes with a prefabricated cable set.
The instructions can be found here on my site. This kit can be used as an alternative for the VW spare part numbers 251 919 059 A/B/C/D/E/F/G/K. The kit was designed for easy installation.
